Tuesday 13 May – gentle day sailing

An easy day sailing with some sun, just to tease the new solar panels! The winds are in the mid teens and constant so we are averaging about 7.5 kts. The waves have calmed down, so a lot more comfortable – a good, nice gentle start to the passage. We are all getting into our groove of shifts. I managed to bake some bread much to everyone’s relief and other than that a quiet day, just what we needed.

I’m currently on my night shift, not a boat in sight all day, so much easier than yesterday!
