PERMANENT CREW
RoBags (AKA The Captain)
The captain has the most authority on the ship, having the final say on the ship's destination, trade, and targets. In a pirate vessel, some crews may choose to vote the captain out of his position instead of the more violent methods of mutiny. The captain must therefore make sure to keep the crew both happy and functional.
JenBags (AKA The First Mate)
The first mate of a ship is the captain's right-hand woman, taking control of the ship when the captain is unable to give orders. It's the first mate that takes care of the day-to-day problems, including assisting in navigation, assigning the crew to tasks, and, most importantly, keeping the captain in check.
TEMPORARY AND EXTRAORDINARY CREW
Coco (AKA The Powder Monkey)
Despite being a temporary visitor on board, Coco's job was of the upmost importance. The Powder Monkey is one of the jobs on a ship that requires more bravery than skills. Under the supervision of a gunner, it's the powder monkeys that work in groups to arm and fire the artillery. It would probably help his duties if Coco was brave enough to cross the gang plank by himself.
Spooks (AKA The SeaMan)
Phoebs (AKA The DeckHand)
Hannie (AKA The Gunner)
Luke rules over the brunt work of the boat. Highlights include organising the raiding parties on the onboard drinks fridge.
Phoebe's important role is mostly to repeat her job title in a Kiwi accent for the sake of crew entertainment.
There's no point in having weapons on your ship if no one can use them. Hannah ensures her guns are always looking top-notch.
