What a wonderful reprieve from C Virus drama the UK is having, with glorious weather for Easter week end. We don’t get many Easter’s like that.
There is not a breath of air about in the mornings, it is like a mill pond in the marina. Rowan took some stunning photos.

Not a single ripple on the water!

We had our usual walk and then sat out front on the trampoline under our awning to get a bit of air, this time fully slathered with suntan cream. I started my new book club book ‘Educated’, which fortuitously the German Nakedwines Investor who visited us in the Bahamas, gave me as a thank you present. It was a very good way to make the day speed by, only interrupted by R’s delicious home made sour dough thick pizza for lunch.
We snuck into the water at 5pm and swam around the boat so that we could easily get back under the boat if we heard a car or a drone! The space under the bridge between the two hulls is the size of a good swimming pool, so all is not lost.

Our swimming pool…..

I made bread as we were out of it for our breakfast, and it was a bit of a mistake having a hot oven going on such a steamy night, but am sure we will appreciate it in the morning. We have thankfully mastered getting the whole boat mosquito proofed, when we go to bed, which gives us a much more peaceful sleep.
