The wind started during Rowan’s work calls in the early hours of the morning. At least there is no swell so we are not rolling about, but it is quite noisy. We had booked to go to the Barefoot Manta Resort for lunch, and Rowan was going to snorkel the nearby well known Manta Pass afterwards. It is nearly 3 miles away by dinghy, the weather was definitely not going to be conducive to a comfy dinghy ride so we had to cancel. There were plenty of white horses just outside the bay, it really was not an option. Four boats turned up all seeking calmer waters, seven boats in total now.
We didn’t get off the boat at all today, it was too much like hard work. I finally managed to wash some windows and that was the day gone!
